What you will do.

As a Technical Application & Integration Support Engineer, you ensure Poultry Master and related systems run reliably and efficiently in our organization. You provide technical support for the application and integrations with internal and external systems.

• You investigate incidents in applications, integrations, databases, and infrastructure, find the cause, and implement suitable solutions.

• You analyze PostgreSQL databases, check data quality, and fix data inconsistencies using advanced SQL techniques.

• You support and investigate APIs, integrations, and data exchange between different applications.

• You contribute to managing GitHub repositories, CI/CD processes, and deployments.

• You learn to work with and support technical configurations within the low-code platform Rappit.

• You coordinate technical investigations with internal IT teams and document solutions for recurring problems.

• You identify and implement structural improvements that help platform stability and more efficient operations.

You join the Poultry Master team within IT Software Support and closely collaborate with colleagues in the Netherlands and other European countries. You mainly work remote from Europe, with occasional travel to the Netherlands.

What you bring.

For this role, we seek someone who likes to thoroughly solve technical problems and can switch easily between applications, databases, and integrations.

• You have professional experience with application support, APIs, integrations, or other technical software environments. You have strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL, including complex queries and relational database concepts.

• You have experience with REST APIs, JSON, and analyzing and solving system integration problems. You have practical experience with Git and GitHub and understand the principles behind CI/CD.

• You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills and are fluent in English.
