What you will do.
As a Technical Application & Integration Support Engineer, you ensure Poultry Master and related systems run reliably and efficiently in our organization. You provide technical support for the application and integrations with internal and external systems.

You support and investigate APIs, integrations, and data exchange between different applications.
You contribute to managing GitHub repositories, CI/CD processes, and deployments.
You learn to work with and support technical configurations within the low-code platform Rappit.
You coordinate technical investigations with internal IT teams and document solutions for recurring problems.
You identify and implement structural improvements that help platform stability and more efficient operations.
Where you will work together.
At Plukon Food Group, we work daily on responsible food solutions for millions of consumers in Europe. We combine international expertise with a pragmatic and hands-on culture, where people take responsibility and collaborate to achieve results.
You join the Poultry Master team within IT Software Support and closely collaborate with colleagues in the Netherlands and other European countries. You mainly work remote from Europe, with occasional travel to the Netherlands.
What you bring.
For this role, we seek someone who likes to thoroughly solve technical problems and can switch easily between applications, databases, and integrations.
You have professional experience with application support, APIs, integrations, or other technical software environments. You have strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL, including complex queries and relational database concepts.
You have experience with REST APIs, JSON, and analyzing and solving system integration problems. You have practical experience with Git and GitHub and understand the principles behind CI/CD.
You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills and are fluent in English.
What you can expect from us.
You join an organization that values good employment practices, open communication, and personal development. Additionally, we offer:
An international role working with colleagues and stakeholders across Europe.
Opportunity to work on a critical platform supporting different European business units.
Freedom to work remote within Europe. You only need to be at the office in Wezep once a month.
Room to grow in modern application support, integrations, and platform technologies.
An informal, cooperative work environment valuing ownership, initiative, and continuous improvement.
How to grow further.
Want to develop more or take on more responsibility? There is room for that. At Plukon, growth starts with your own initiative.
In this role, you deepen knowledge of application architecture, PostgreSQL, integrations, CI/CD, and low-code platforms. You get a chance to gain new technical skills, help improve the platform, and collaborate with colleagues from different countries and fields.
