As an operator at Plukon Dronten, you are responsible for setting up, monitoring the progress, and resolving simple malfunctions of the production line. As an Operator, you ensure that the production line performs optimally. You keep an overview, intervene when necessary, and support colleagues in achieving daily objectives.

You are involved in, among other things:

• Setting up and adjusting machines before and during the process.

• Preparing raw materials, packaging materials, and tools.

• Monitoring the progress and quality of the line.

• Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions and deviations.

• Supporting and supervising colleagues on the line during daily activities.

• Working according to applicable quality, hygiene, and safety regulations.

• Contributing to a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

You work in a 2-shift system and play a key role in the daily process.

For this position, we are looking for someone who:

• You are technically inclined, enjoy working collaboratively, and stay calm under pressure.

• MBO level of education and thinking.

• Technical insight and affinity with machines and processes.

• Experience as an Operator is a plus, but motivated beginners are also welcome.

• Good command of the Dutch or English language.

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and occasionally be available on Saturdays.
