As an Operator, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly and the production line performs optimally.

You will be responsible for:

• Setting up and starting machines before and during production.

• Preparing production and packaging materials.

• Monitoring the progress and quality of the production process.

• Identifying and resolving deviations and simple malfunctions.

• Independently resolving stagnations and involving the team leader in case of complex malfunctions.

• Keeping the production environment clean and safe.

• Working according to the applicable quality, food safety, and safety guidelines.

• Supporting colleagues on the production line as needed.

You will work at our production location in Ommel, where approximately 700 colleagues are active. Together with Operators, Production Workers, Team Leaders, and the Technical Department, you ensure that production runs smoothly every day.

For this position, we are looking for someone who:

• Has MBO level of education, preferably in a technical field.

• Has experience as an Operator or within a production environment.

• Has technical insight and problem-solving skills.

• Is willing to work in a 2-shift system.

• Has good command of the Dutch and/or English language.

• If you don't have all the knowledge yet, we are happy to help you further develop.
