Technical Service Engineer

As Technical Service Engineer, you ensure that the production lines in Dronten remain reliable and continuously improved. You troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and actively work on technical modifications to prevent recurring problems structurally. As a Technical Service Engineer, you are an indispensable link within our technical department. You ensure that installations continue to function optimally and actively think about technical improvements that elevate production to a higher level.

You are involved in:

• Resolving malfunctions in machines and production lines.

• Performing preventive maintenance and technical inspections.

• Coordinating maintenance activities with production.

• Analyzing recurring malfunctions and implementing structural improvements.

• Carrying out technical modifications to installations and production lines.

• Setting the right priorities for urgent malfunctions and working independently within the shift team.

• Sharing knowledge, experiences, and technical solutions with colleagues from the Technical Service.

You work at our location in Dronten, specializing in fresh vegetables and meal salads. Together with colleagues from the Technical Service, Production, and Operations, you work on optimizing and automating our production processes. For this position, we are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience as a Technical Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Technician, or a similar position.

• Has education in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Control Engineering is a plus.

• Has knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, and technical installations.

• Has an independent and entrepreneurial attitude.

• Has good command of the Dutch and English language.

• Experience in a production environment is a plus, but especially your technical insight and problem-solving skills make the difference.
